Honey Vs. Turpentine Vs. Foxy IN: Late Nite Diner Antics

12 Comments on Honey Vs. Turpentine Vs. Foxy IN: Late Nite Diner Antics

Honey knows that, according to “regular” horoscopes, Turpentine is a Scorpio – but she really prefers her own personal system of star signs and constellations that she made up.

in my neck of the woods (far from NPC) this would be taking place in a Friendly’s. Friendly’s is a chain of ersatz diners mostly obsessed with ice cream.

Woo Scorpio
Me and 2 of my 3 best friends are scorpios and have a big goth scorpio party every year. This year rent out a victorian tavern and go play drunken hide & seek in an abandoned victorian gold mine.

I’m dying to read “Smut Witch”

Kathleen on June 28, 2016 @ 2:31 pm

Same, honestly. I should just…make it exist.

Me too. I’m picturing a series that’s like the magic girl genre, but a lot less subtle about the girl love and outfits.

Or I just want to see a villainess doing a long monologue about ruling the world and destroying everything, only for someone to lightly whap her upside the head with a rolled up erotic magazine.

Yes, it would be really interesting to see a Foxy creation, we haven’t glimpsed much about her, except that she is likely in artschool, and was doing some casting back when Turpentine forgot to tell her band about the gig.

Smut could be Smut Witch’s greatest power and her greatest weakness!

Now I’m wondering if Turp’s birthday is like, easily available public information (something printed in an interview somewhere??) or if Honey extrapolated because like, at some show in December Turp mentioned nearly choking on her own birthday cake “last month”, and like, Honey wouldn’t intentionally remember that little detail for the rest of her life, but she wouldn’t exactly forget it either.

Alternatively, with my luck birthdays get mentioned in an earlier comic that I’ve completely forgotten about. But I like my theory.

Hmmm! Arsenic has been around a bunch when Honey and Turpentine are being nicer to each other or having a more “normal” conversation, and now Foxy’s seeing it too. I wonder if the Sourballs are going to start picking up on Turpentine’s crush?

Also, I really like that Arsenic and Honey have had some bonding moments separate from Turpentine (like gushing about guitars) and now Foxy is getting to see some of Honey’s fun, playful side. Honey and Turpentine have been able to have conversations with just each other for a long time now, but I feel like at this point Honey could hang out at Turp’s house or go to one of her lower-key parties and not have that uncomfortable “I only know one person here” feeling. I wonder if Turpentine could ever get to that point with the other Candy Hearts?

So, are you going to share Honey’s zodiac? Because I know we’d all love to see it.

… hold on, i’m just laughing at the BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE game on the kiddie placemat. GGE! TOATS! MUBERRY BLUFFIN!

“…my wife just told me she wants a divorce. She says she doesn’t love me. She’s not sure she EVER loved me.”

“Oooh, tough skate but that placemat ain’t going to design itself y’know. Have you tried throwing yourself into your work? That might take your mind off of… well, you know.”
