Honey Vs An Unfamiliar Environment

Aw, c’mon – this can’t be THAT much of a surprise, considering how well you already know her!

Oh how I understand both sides of this so very well. My old flat filled with goths looked like this and it drove me batty because I’m used to living in habitats of order, I was so embarrassed that I almost never brought people round without a thorough tidying (which was like weeing on a forest fire). But now that I’m living in my own house of cleared surfaces and flower vases, I can’t conspicuously tidying the places I’m invited to.

Romance may prevail … but only after the thorough use of a flamethrower that runs on a mix of detol and napalm. 😛

Hi!!
I’m a new reader, and I just wanted to say that as a 17 year old mostly closeted lesbian, this comic means SO MUCH. This is the first page that has updated in real time for me, and I don’t think I believed all you nice people (especially you, Kathleen!) were real until I saw it appear. Thank you for existing ?

Also, I really identify with Honey. I’m a Leo too! And a goody two shoes who no one believes is gay bc I’m too “innocent” to have a sexuality. And my style’s pretty similar. And I think Turpentine is pretty cute too. Just hoping this comic can be my future 🙂

I hope you’re all having a good week!

Aww, thank you! That makes me so happy, that you found the comic and that it has meaning for you.

There are a whole lot of us in the world, even if sometimes it doesn’t seem like it! I was totally closeted at 17, so I know how that feels. I really do want the comic to have this feeling like gay dreams and happiness are real and possible, because they so are. I hope your future turns out to be everything you want and more! ?
