i’ve gone over the history of bvb and this is completely in a parallel ‘verse of comics/bands/both.
the drawin’ is supearb and the limited-color-pallette mind-blowin!
as are the plot twists n scenarios

methinks turp n hart are two sides of same coin, sorta
turp’s the essence ‘coz its her *anarchy* that fuels the fire
hart is a residue of *innocence* still lingers over age

i’m anarchist myself so i side with turp, but for hart’s sake i’d recommed teleporting her to 60-70s (or is that the timeline the comic is in?) or relocating her to *high happy planet index* country

may the two never unite or there’ll be a new *flower power* era! (which actually would really be great tho’)

Hmmm….wearing a lock around her neck, when Turpentine usually wears keys…also I’m so interested in those butterflies. Like, are they actual butterflies that someone caught just for the photo session? Are they props? Did they just show up on their own because they were drawn to Honey’s fairy princess look and magical energy? (I think I’m really attached to that last theory.)

When I first started the comic, I was really concerned about not duplicating any real-life band names…but it just started to feel impossible, especially since new bands are constantly starting. These days, I feel like “oh, yeah, sure, there’s bound to be some coincidences like the Pizzazz Misfits and the Danzig Misfits, and that’s fine.”
