Honey and Turpentine Vs. Obstacles

10 Comments on Honey and Turpentine Vs. Obstacles

We’re getting near the end of this lost voice/crutches story, but not yet. Not yet! Those are still some pretty inconvenient problems.

Welp, looks like they’ll be paying for the glasses now. Haha. But on a more serious note, omg I am so loving all these new developments. So much suspense, so many feelings, so much under the surface drama. Aaahh I can’t wait for more!

Aw, thank you! And yup…the feelings at play here include Turpentine being pretty bummed she’s 1) wasting a whole drink, and 2) gotta pay for that glass.

Aw. I think what broke my heart most about this one is that Coco is so concerned about Honey but she’s not the one Honey’s interested in, or the one she’s worried about embarrassing herself in front of. I’m so conflicted right now and damn, it hurts (because I’ve been Coco and it suuucks). This comic is just amazing and I love all the intertwining story lines.

OMG IKR that’s what I was thinking, too.

Thanks! Aw, and I’ve been there too – you can be a perfectly fine person, but sometimes you’re just not the one who sparks someone’s heart

That last Turp panel-could she be realizing that she is crushing?

This is the part of the late nineties teen comedy where as Honey stares at turpentine, we hear a song in the background that is bittersweet and full of longing, then as Turpentine looks at her, we hear this raucous noise of hate and lust that sounds like a rabid demoness rutting.

God, highschool sucked. College was so much better.

I’m looking forward to the first kiss! Which, given the pacing, should be in 2025! 🙂

I have to admire the quick but deliberate action on Turp’s part.

Turpentine: Hey, Honey Hart, that was hot, let’s kiss. I mean- that was INTERESTING
