…I remember being so charmed the first time I saw the Sad iPod. It almost made it ok that this thing was broken.

I like how, to the best of my knowledge, we’ve never seen Cherry’s other eye. Does it even exist? Or was Cherry rocking the face-partially-covered-hairstyle since birth? I can imagine her parents distress when they realize that they have no idea what the other half of their daughter’s face looks like. It’s a bit silly, but it cracks me up.

Given the pageant frame, it seems possible that it was ruined in some sort of traumatic mascara mishap.

Aw man, THIS is what I get for commenting at 3 AM. “Have we ever seen Cherry’s other eye?” when there it is, in this comic. Oh well, it’ll be a personal headcanon. I do like the phrase ‘traumatic mascara mishap’. It seems festive!

Yeah, I thought a crying, makeup-running pageant winner really needed to show both eyes to get the full effect!

The character designs in this world have so much Hidden Eyes But Not 100% Of The Time going on — there are definitely these rare-ish moments with non-panda Coco or maskless Domme or either Cherry or Arsenic without shaggy hair-curtains covering half their faces. Zero’s glasses even fell off once.

Coco! <3 she just needs to know she is special! Even when someone else is in the middle of saving the day! Mostly!

Aww is it just me or Honey Hart like totally missed all the cool stuff Coco was saying she does!! It’s like it totally phased her! I have a hunch that Coco still has feelings for her (Honey Hart) 🙁 poor Coco <3

I think Coco has pretty much accepted that Honey’s never shown any indication of being interested in her romantically…but she still has these moments of feeling overlooked and underappreciated in general. Aw!
